Time Period Redirects

This useful feature will allow you to setup redirect for your Pretty Links based on the date when a visitor clicks on your Pretty Links. This may be useful for you if you want to offer a link to a content or a product only during a certain time window (i.e. for one week). To enable this option, go to the Pro Options when creating or editing a Pretty Links and with the ‘Dynamic Redirection' drop down, select ‘Time,' and then, ‘Add'. This will then open up the following options:

Time Period – Here you will be able to use our drop down calendars to select your ‘from' and ‘to' dates for this redirect. So, if a visitor clicks on this Pretty Links on or between your ‘from' and ‘to' dates they will be sent to the URL you specify for this redirect in the URL section. NOTE: If a user clicks on this link outside of this specified time period, they will simply be redirected to your main target URL for the Pretty Links.

URL – Here you can set the URL that this Pretty Links will redirect to when the visitor visits the link in the associated time period.

Repeat as Needed – If you would like to, you can click the ‘Add' button at the near the bottom of the Time Period Redirect that you just created to create another time period redirect to a different target URL. Repeat this as much as you need for each link. If you ever need to delete a Time Period Redirect, simply click the ‘Remove' button shown here. Again, if a user clicks on this link outside of any of your specified time periods, they will simply be redirected to your main target URL for the Pretty Links.
