User Manual

We've built an extensive User Manual for Pretty Links. This user manual covers topics to help you get started, figure out how to use Pretty Links' more advanced features, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. In most cases, the User Manual should point you toward a solution.

LiteĀ Users

If you're using Pretty Links Lite and have yet to purchase a Pro or Support license, we still have several resources for you. First, you can access our Pretty Links User Manual. Though the manual is for our Pro version, it covers topics for our Lite users, as well.

Second, if you have questions the User Manual doesn't cover, feel free to post on our support forum at While we can't guarantee a response time to questions on the public forum, we do try to answer as soon as we can.

Pro Customers

If you've purchased a Pretty Links License and have an active Support License, you should have a username and password that'll allow you to submit a support ticket from our Premium Support Request page. When you submit a ticket, you can expect a response within 1-2 business days. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, US Mountain Timezone (excluding standard US Holidays).
