Lite Users
Getting started with PrettyLinks Lite? You too can find everything you need in our Support Docs above. While they’re written with Pro versions in mind, most of the same guides and troubleshooting tips will walk you through Lite as well.
If you run into something our docs don’t cover, you’re welcome to post your question on the PrettyLinks WordPress.org support forum. We can’t always guarantee response times there, but we do our best to reply as quickly as we can.

Pro Users
If you’ve purchased a PrettyLinks License and have an active Support License, you can submit a ticket through our Premium Support Request page using your account login.
Once your ticket is submitted, our team aims to respond
