I’ve been using Pretty Links for about 10 years now, and I don’t know what I’d do without it. When bit.ly links were all the rage, I was shortening links on my own domain name so that I didn’t lose any of that sweet Google juice. In addition, my users didn’t question whether or not my links were going to take them to a nefarious site. With Pretty Links, I build trust, I am able to track the activity on my links, and I keep the links on my own domain. It’s brilliant. Even better is the pro version where I am able to use a custom domain for my short links. This allows me to shorten my links even further while still keeping them on brand. I can’t recommend this plugin enough.
