Ajouter des produits

Disponible dans le cadre de la formule « Super Affiliate ».

A produit is a single item: one tool, one book, one service, one tier. You can add products from inside a group editor or directly under Dashboard > Pretty Links > Product Displays > Products.

Ce guide fait partie de la Pretty Links Présentoirs de produits, la page d'accueil du module complémentaire « Product Displays ».

The Product Form

Every product has the same fields. Here’s what each one is for.

Image

The visual that anchors the card. This is the single biggest factor in whether visitors notice the product, so make it count.

  • Square or 4:3 images work best across themes;
  • At least 600px wide so it stays sharp on retina displays;
  • Transparent backgrounds (PNG) work for products on detail pages; lifestyle photos work better for affiliate roundups.

If a manufacturer or affiliate program provides product photography, that’s usually the most convenient source.

Titre

The product’s name. Keep it short — most card layouts truncate long titles. “Aeropress Original” beats “Aeropress Original Coffee Maker (Latest 2026 Model with Filters).”

Description

A one- or two-sentence pitch. This is where you tell visitors pourquoi they should care. Aim for under 25 words. Long descriptions push the CTA below the fold and hurt clicks.

Prix

The price you display on the card. This is text, so you can write whatever fits — “$49”, “From $19/mo”, “Free trial,” “Contact for quote.” If a product doesn’t have a price (or shouldn’t show one), leave the field blank and most themes will hide that line.

Note that Pretty Links doesn’t sync the price from anywhere — if Amazon changes the listing, you’ll need to update the value here. That’s a feature: showing a stable, curated price keeps you out of the trap of out-of-date affiliate prices that violate program terms.

Primary CTA

The main button on the card. Two options for what it links to:

  • A Pretty Link — Recommended. Pick from your existing Pretty Links. Every click is tracked, and you can change the destination later by editing the Pretty Link without touching the product;
  • A fallback URL — A plain URL, used if you haven’t created a Pretty Link for this product yet.

The button label is configurable — “Buy now,” “Check price,” “Learn more,” “Start trial,” whatever fits.

Secondary CTA

Optional second button. Useful for:

  • “Buy on Amazon” + “Read full review”;
  • “Start free trial” + “See pricing”;
  • “Get the book” + “Listen to sample”.

If you don’t need a second button, leave it blank and most themes will hide it.

Divulgation de l'affiliation

A small toggle that adds disclosure text under the card — typically something like “I earn a commission from purchases through this link, at no extra cost to you.”

For affiliate roundups, US FTC rules and most affiliate program terms require disclosure. Toggle it on for affiliate products. For your own products, you don’t need it.

Thème

Each product can use the group’s theme (the default) or override it with its own theme. Most of the time you’ll let it inherit from the group — consistency reads better than variety. But if you have one premium item in a group of basics, giving it a more elaborate theme can draw the eye.

Voir Thèmes for the six options.

Saving and Reusing

Once saved, a product can be added to multiple groups. If you build “Aeropress Original” once and then create three different roundups it belongs in, all three roundups update automatically when you change the product.

This is the main reason to manage products as their own entity rather than just embedding them inline in a single group: write once, reuse anywhere, update once.

Tips for Cards That Convert

  • Lead with the strongest visual. A blurry product shot is worse than no shot. If you can’t get good photography, lifestyle photos are usually better than nothing;
  • Match the description to the audience. “16,000 RPM grinder with 40 settings” reads to a coffee nerd; “uniform grind in 30 seconds” reads to a beginner. Know who’s reading;
  • Test CTA labels. “Buy now” works for some audiences; “Check price” feels lower-pressure and often converts better in roundup posts. Try both;
  • Don’t fake the price. Affiliate programs ban it, and visitors who land on a $200 page after seeing “$129” on your site bounce hard.
