Columns include:

Date and time — When the click happened, in your WordPress timezone;

Link — Which pretty link was clicked;

IP address — The visitor's IP, anonymized if you've enabled IP-Anonymisierung;

Visitor ID — A cookie-based unique ID so you can identify returning visitors;

Referrer — The page the visitor was on before clicking;

Country — The visitor's country, recorded in both Normal and Extended modes;

Device / Browser — Shown only in Extended tracking mode.

You can show or hide columns using the Columns toggle above the table. Your column choices are remembered between visits.

Filters

The filter bar at the top of the page lets you narrow the table down quickly. You can combine any of these:

Link — Show clicks for a specific pretty link;

IP address — Show all clicks from a single IP;

Visitor — Show all clicks from one cookie-based visitor (typically one person across multiple sessions);

Date range — Limit to today, this week, this month, or a custom window;

Suche — Free-text search across referrer URLs and other fields.

Clear all filters by clicking Reset to return to the full table.

Unique Visitors Toggle

Above the table you'll find a Einzigartige Besucher toggle. With it on, the table collapses multiple clicks from the same visitor into a single row representing their first visit.

This is useful when you want to know “how many real people clicked this link?” rather than “how many total clicks?” — for example, when measuring campaign reach.

Toggle it off to see every individual click again.

IP and Visitor Badges

Next to each click, you'll see two small badges:

Die IP badge shows the visitor's anonymized IP. Click it to filter the table to all clicks from that IP;

Die Visitor badge shows their cookie-based visitor ID. Click it to filter to all clicks from that visitor.

These shortcuts help you follow a visitor's journey across multiple links and sessions.

Drilling Into a Single Link

From the Pretty Links list, click any link's click count to jump to a pre-filtered Click History showing only that link's activity. This is the fastest way to answer “how is my newsletter link doing?” or “where are clicks on my affiliate link coming from?”

CSV Export

To save or analyze your click history outside of WordPress, click Export to CSV at the top of the Click History page.

Pretty Links exports the currently filtered view, so if you've narrowed down to a specific link or date range, only those rows go into the CSV. Clear your filters first if you want to export everything.

The CSV includes a fixed set of columns based on tracking mode — Normal mode exports id, link, timestamp, IP, visitor ID, country, browser, referrer, request URI, bot flag, and first-click flag; Extended mode adds host, browser type/version, OS, device type, and user ID. The “Columns” toggle in the table only affects the on-screen view, not the export contents.

Large exports are streamed in chunks of up to 5000 rows per file, so very large click histories produce multiple CSVs you can stitch together. Open them in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool for deeper analysis, charting, or sharing with teammates.

Tipps

If your Click History is empty, double-check that you're not in Einfacher Tracking-Modus, which doesn't store per-click rows;

If certain IPs (your office, your testing tools, known bots) are inflating numbers, set up IP and bot filtering;

For high-traffic sites, narrow by date range before exporting — exporting tens of thousands of rows at once can be slow.

The Click History report shows every recorded click across your site, with filters so you can drill down to exactly what you want to see.
